To submit a serious inquiry, please go to the 'Inquire Here' page and we will respond during operating hours.

We no longer accept Facebook messages & comments, Instagram messages, texts, and phone call inquiries. This is to streamline all inquires in one place & allow for us to enjoy family time.

Scheduled Phone Calls

If you would like to schedule a phone call to discuss an order, please fill out the inquiry form and include that you would like to schedule a phone call & include preferred times.

You'll receive a response with confirmation or possible re-schedule.

Logo's

When ordering a custom project that includes a logo, you must send in SVG or PNG format. We cannot work with blurry logos or screenshots.

If you need to have your logo recreated and vectorized, we can help. It is a $35 design fee and you will receive your logo as an SVG & PNG for your future use.

Do you ship large orders?

We would love to! We love reaching customers in new areas. We ship nationwide.

Lead Times & Rush Orders

Lead times will be included in the response to your inquiry but most common we are between 3-6 weeks for all projects other than drinkware. Drinkware is typically 1-2 week TAT.

If you have an order that needs to be completed within 7 days, there will be a rush fee.

We have our weeks planned in advanced for all of the lasers, so we have to work overtime to squeeze your projects in!

The fee varies from $30-$50 depending on complexity and size of order.

Damaged & Missing Shipments

It is rare, but it happens!

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we will help make it right.

Prior to any re-makes, we will help file the appropriate claims but we can not offer a replacement until that claim is complete.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once a mock-up is approved, returns are not accepted.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so if there is something that does not meet your expectations, please reach out and we will discuss.
